1 FINANCE
Speak to our broker and determine your budget

Having a good understanding of financial capacity allows us to focus on the best solution for your needs.

2 LAND
Find your perfect block of land

If you haven’t got land, we can assist in finding a suitable block that is compatible with your preferred home design and budget.

3 HOME
You can either pick a Strive home that suits your land and complements your lifestyle, or you can jump on board the Custom Express and have your own unique design created with the help of our designers. An initial deposit of $1500 is required at this stage.

4 CONTRACT
Sign your new build contract

Once your home is complete, we then confirm final pricing, you pay a further $1000 deposit and we proceed to building contract stage.

5 BUILD

You choose your colours, we obtain Developer Approval and a Building Permit and your new home is constructed.

6 MOVE IN
Move in and enjoy your new Strive Home
